**IT Project Manager / QMS/Pharma - 24-00894 100% REMOTE Duration - EOY W2 or C2C**

We are currently seeking a IT Project Manager - QMS/Pharma to join our team.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in IT Project Management (Pharma/Lifesciences)
- Ability to partner with GxP Quality Systems & Data Migration Teams to implement QMS modules o Ability to manage/drive multiple concurrent projects
- Work across multiple time zones to support USA and Europe o Ability to work successfully with cross functional teams o Experience with use of MS Office Tools e.g. MS Project, PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, TEAMS o Experience with creating and managing project schedules
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent experience on Environmental Health and Safety.
- 3+ years of Business Analysis experience o Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects o Experience with driving user requirements workshops
- Experience with identifying and documenting user and functional requirements
- PMP Certification o SDLC Waterfall and Agile o LeanKit o Support Data Migration activities o Support Data Integration activities o Support testing activities o Drive resolution of any identified testing/data migration issues
- 5+ years of Quality Management System (QMS) Experience or CSV (Computer System Validation) experience
- Working knowledge of GxP Processes
- Experience in Vendor Management and senior level stakeholder management

**Nice to Have**
- Veeva or other Regulatory Information Management System experience
- MasterControl or any other competing QMS platform Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
