**Overview (Full-Time)**

**Schedule: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday ,Sunday 10am-6pm**

About us: Los Guerreros is a renowned artisanal bakery dedicated to crafting delicious pastries, bread, and cakes using the finest ingredients. We take pride in our commitment to quality and creativity, delighting our customers with unique flavors.

**Duties**:

- Crafting and baking a variety of Mexican breads such as bolillos, concha's with authenticity and precision
- Mixing, shaping, proofing and baking a variety of bread, pastries and cakes
- Packing the bread and stock the bread shelves
- Rotate the bread to ensure freshness
- Following recipes and maintaining consistency in product quality.
- Crumb coating and icing cakes
- Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Collaborating with other team member to ensure smooth operations.
- Managing production schedules to meet customer demands
- Participating in daily cleaning of all areas.

**Job Requirements**
- Profound knowledge of baking principles, techniques, and ingredient functionality
- Ability to learn quickly
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast
- paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a passion for sharing knowledge and collaborating with colleagues.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and withstand some repetitive motions (bending, pushing/ pulling)
- Food safe certification
