POSITION OVERVIEW

The Executive Coordinator provides high-level administrative and operational support to the SVP of Corporate Financing and Syndicated Financing. This role requires strong organizational skills, a high degree of discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This person serves as a key point of contact between the SVP and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and effective coordination.

CHALLENGES TO BE MET- Manage complex calendars efficiently, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements- Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings- Handle confidential correspondence and maintain effective organizational systems- Contribute to the planning and execution of meetings, departmental initiatives, and special events- Act as a liaison between the Senior Vice President and internal and external partners, facilitating communication.- Follow up on action items and ensure deadlines are met

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR- Bachelor’s or college degree in Business Administration or a related discipline- Minimum 5 years of experience in an executive support role, preferably in financial services or a corporate environment- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion- Strong attention to detail and ability to proactively anticipate needs

Nice to Have- Experience working with senior executives in a bilingual environment- Familiarity with BDC’s internal systems and processes
