**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow.
- Provide accurate wait times and communicate effectively with guests regarding their seating status.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, enhancing guest relations.
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for managing reservations and orders when necessary.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and service throughout the dining experience.

**Experience**
- Previous experience as a Host or in food service is preferred.
- Strong background in customer service, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and etiquette is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Experience in hotel guest services or related fields is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of phone etiquette for handling reservations and inquiries professionally.
