The Club requires a **full-time Dishwasher** to join our busy Food and Beverage team. This position will report directly to the Executive Chef.

**An Overview of Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Wash all wares in dishwashing machine or by hand according to the highest sanitation standards and store items in proper areas
- Clean dish machine and dish area after each meal period
- Polish all platters, chafing dishes, stainless steel kitchen equipment
- Collect trash from kitchen areas, break down boxes, crates and remove debris
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors
- Store food after delivery, transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work area
- Clean coolers, freezers and storerooms, assist in post-buffet clean-up
- Assist in food preparation where required
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as directed by the Executive Chef and Sous Chef

**Qualifications**:

- High levels of initiative, enthusiasm, and dedication to providing exceptional service
- Experience in an industrial kitchen setting required
- Capable of lifting moderate weight (up to approx. 50 lbs.) and of being on your feet for extended periods of time
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- High school or equivalent education preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours & shifts: Friday, Saturday and Sunday (Evening shifts), and public holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.56 per hour
