BELLS CORNERS (NEPEAN) location of the Oz Store.

Remuneration for this position is $18.75 per hour, with regular pay increases every year.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervising Retail Associates and assigning duties on a day-to-day basis
- Coordinating weekly merchandise orders to maintain sufficient inventory levels.
- Receiving and signing for merchandise orders
- Resolving issues regarding team conflicts, customer inquiries/complaints, defective products, and supplier representatives
- Assisting in the compilation of end of month inventory reports
- Training and supervising new staff members
- Maintaining the physical appearance of the store
- Opening and closing the store. This includes preparing the store for the sales day, as well as cleaning up at the end of the day
- Other responsibilities, as set out in the job description document

Requirements: Requirements regarding education or experience may be waived at the discretion of the Manager.
- Secondary school diploma, or equivalent credential
- At least 1 year of prior supervisory experience in a customer service environment
- Valid Cannsell certificate
- Recent police certificate/background check upon job offer
- Communication skills, in both face-to-face and telephone scenarios
- Clean driving record (ability to be insured) in the case that delivery driving is an option

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $18.75 per hour

**Education**:

- driving: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Ontario Driver's licence (preferred)
- Cansell certificate (preferred)
