**Job description**

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for people, organization, and delivering exceptional patient care?

Our growing dental practice is seeking a Practice Lead with dental management experience to lead our front office team for efficient daily operations.

The practice lead plays a key role in overseeing the administration functions of the practice, supporting the team and creating a welcoming experience for our patients.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage daily front operations, including scheduling, billing and work flow
- Supervise and support administrative and front office team
- Coordinate HR tasks including onboarding, training and practice management
- Monitor and manage financial performance KPIs and budgets
- Ensure compliance with dental regulations, privacy laws, and health and safety protocols
- Collaborate with the clinical team to maintain a positive, patient centered environment
- Resolve patient concerns professionally and promptly

Qualifications:

- 5 years of management experience in a dental practice
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in dental software, Open Dental
- Knowledge of insurance billing and dental terminology
- Solution focused and team oriented attitude
