**Job Description** Salary starting at $19.60/Hour**
**Permanent full-time position (40 hours / week)**
**On site work only (no hybrid mode)**
**Workplace: 3080 Boul. le Carrefour, Laval, QC H7T 2R5, Canada**
**Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, available between 7:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.**

As a **dispatcher**, you'll be responsible for planning and coordinating the pick-up of vehicles at our customers' sites.

More specifically, in addition to having lots of fun, you'll be responsible for:

- Planning and organizing drivers' work
- Confirm pick-up contact details (name, address, telephone)
- Confirm car status (accident, burned, stolen, flat tires, etc.)
- Check towing availability and offer customers a towing slot;
- Complete purchase orders and other transactional documents
- Work with internal customers: call center agents, branch managers, buyers and drivers
- Answer internal customer calls in an efficient, courteous and professional manner
- Enter data
- Ensure a quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to drivers
- All other related tasks

- Provide outstanding customer service
- Be **bilingual **(French and English, spoken and written)

- Demonstrate courtesy and professionalism
- Be resourceful
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
