As a dispatcher, you are responsible for planning and coordinating vehicle pick-ups at our client locations.What you're responsible for: Planning and organizing driver schedulesConfirming pickup details and vehicle statusChecking towing availability and offering customers a timeslotCompleting order forms and other transactional documentsAnswering internal customer calls and relaying detailed and accurate information to driversWorking collaboratively with internal partners including Call Center Agents, Branch Managers, Buyers, and DriversQualificationsTo join our team: You are bilingual in French and English (required)You are a strong communicatorYou have previous work experience in customer serviceYou have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
