Job Description*
The Opportunity:*
We, at Flywire, are seeking a North American Payment Specialist
- Maintain Flywire’s North American Payments Network by owning payments account management, daily relationship management, performance management, business reporting, and special projects that enhance the network.
- Monitor Flywire’s payment network performance by creating reports to track key metrics like conversion, cost, completion rates and identifying/implementing improvements.
- Make recommendations for optimizations to the network based on gaps or opportunities you identify.
- Guide Flywire’s North American payment strategy by analyzing volume allocation, partner selection options and routing optimization.
- Support the payments team with strategic projects by assisting with various key cross-functional activities such as (but not limited to): handling client inquiries, analyzing opportunities to gain new clients/business and reporting progress to project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across various functions to drive execution of payments objectives.

- Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion
- Excellent stakeholder management skills (internal and external)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize various projects
- Analytical skills
- System integration experience to facilitate partner vetting
