**What will you do as an Shipper / Receiver?**:
The Shipper/Receiver/Inventory Controller will report to the Product Finishing Team Lead and insure the timely and accurate flow of materials. This position also requires the monitoring and replenishing of inventory as needed.

Typical duties, activities and responsibilities include:

- Unload shipments from trucks and organize them into warehouse areas.
- Locating and picking items accurately according to orders.
- Load orders onto trucks.
- Fulfill and receive orders in our system with great accuracy.
- Conducts final inspection on parts to maintain quality standards.
- File and track paperwork related to orders.
- Contact vendors and shipping companies as needed.
- Periodically assist in inventory and warehouse organization.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of our parts.
- Operate the forklift safely and efficiently.
- Maintains Warehouse area in a clean and orderly fashion.
- Adheres to LMI’s Employee Policy Manual.

**What do you need to be successful?**:

- High school graduate with some technical post secondary training or experience.
- Minimum of 1+ years working in Shipper / Receiver position.
- Minimum of 1 year of forklift experience combined with a valid forklift certification.
- Strong time management, organizational skills and problem-solving skills.
- Able to regularly lift up to 50lbs/22kgs on a regular basis.
- Basic math understanding and written and verbal communications skills.
- Must be a self starter and able to work independently.
- Must have strong organizational and time management skills.

**Other Experience of Value**:

- Experience in packaging.
- Knowledge and experience using UPS.
