J&H Builder’s Warehouse has been in the Home Building and Home Improvement business for over 50 years. We plan, design, manage and build homes, interior and exterior renovations, decks, pergolas, fences, house additions and specialized buildings such as art studios, woodworking shops and attached garages.
As a Project Desk Sales Manager, you will work on the sales floor managing your staff to grow sales by quoting, follow up, customer service, merchandising and representing J&H as a Sales Professional in a way that separates us from our competitors in the Building Material and Home Improvement industry.
**You Are**: A people person with excellent verbal communication skills. You like to learn and are known to have attention to detail and accuracy in everything you do. You love to help people and solve problems. You work efficiently and manage your time for maximum productivity and help your staff to improve on managing their own. Your goal is to grow sales volume and maintain a vibrant engaged sales team

**What you will do**:
- Schedule staff within your department
- Ensure sales floor is clean and merchandised as expected
- Provide training to new staff and help current staff to expand their ability
- Write up orders, sell special orders and co-ordinate deliveries with dispatch for your customers.
- Provide quotations for projects as requested by customers.
- Assist with cash and merchandising as required.
- Commit to providing exceptional customer service.
**What Technologies you will be working with**:
- BizTrack POS software
- Specialized software for various products we sell.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Efficient and accurate in your work.
- Knowledge of new residential construction and renovations would be an asset.
- A high level of organizational ability

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
