We are a growing locally owned and family run therapy center that has been operating in Nanaimo and the Comox Valley for over ten years.

Footholds Youth Workers provide support youth with challenging behaviours, high medical needs, autism, and youth at risk. Working in a residential setting, they will follow Footholds Guiding Principles closely, providing social-emotional and physical needs by performing duties such as assisting with personal hygiene, preparing meals and advocating for the child by acting in the best interest.

We are looking for aspiring mental health professionals to join an exciting new opportunity. Come join our incredible Restorative Wellness team in an exciting new program as we create a new model of care to positively impact lives.

To work with children in care and as per MCFD's guidelines you must be 19yrs of age or older to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 8-40 per week

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
