Responsibilities include:

- Researching, compiling, evaluating and analyzing investigative and intelligence data from a variety of sources
- Developing intelligence products such as association charts, maps, timelines and profile packages
- Preparing reports and recommendations based upon analysis
- Effectively communicating analytical results with the investigative team
- Maintaining working relationships with a variety of internal and external contacts

The City offers an hourly rate of $41.98 to $49.61 per hour plus 12 % in lieu of benefits.

**Important information**:

- _Applicants must be able to obtain and maintain an RCMP top secret security clearance during their course of employment._
- _Shortlisted applicants are expected to have successfully completed the RCMP Criminal Intelligence entry exam in order to proceed to the interview stage. These applicants will not be required to re-test._
- _Applicants must be willing to work evenings and weekends on short notice._
