- In this role, you will be responsible for crafting clean, functional code that flawlessly suits the needs of the company. Your main focus will be coding and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests. To support Engineer using Agile Methodology and should have an end to end understanding of business use cases, to transform them into an effective and strategic solution. Work with businesspeople to have a real time problem and, craft the solution which really fits into client needs._
- Responsibilities_
- _Strong client stakeholder skills will be paired with strong knowledge of business and technology understanding to successfully execute this work._
- _Partner with the business to help translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional, testable specifications._
- _Work as a liaison between business unit and delivery team in all phases of development from product definition to deployment_
- _Perform feasibility analysis, scope projects, prioritize deliverables, recommend alternative solutions, project strategies, and engage in negotiations-_
- _Act as an SME to business and work closely with them to provide understanding of data and platform._
- _Understand and articulate the technology vision and strategy_
- _Ensure that technology solution is successfully aligned with the business goals and priorities-_
- _Define and implement operational processes_
- _Establish high, mid and micro level plans, and estimates for project teams_
- _Oversee BDD validation that can be used to streamline QA and UAT processes_
- _Maintain a strong understanding of industry and enterprise._

- Minimum Qualifications_
- _BE/ B Tech/ MCA/M Tech_
- Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_

- _Strong and hands-on DB knowledge and most importantly experience in Financial Crime domain._
- _Strong financial industry experience_
- _Strong BA with Financial crime domain experience_
- _Strong SQL and Data Analysis knowledge_
- _Good experience on Agile SDLC processes_
- _Experience with Data & Analytics related projects -_
- _Relevant and substantial work experience with business requirements definition and management (end to end), structured analysis, process design, and use case documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -_
- _Strong communication skills both verbal and written_
- _Effective collaborator across a variety of IT and Business groups, regions, roles, and levels-_
- _Ability to influence decisions/mindsets Skill Desire_
- _High quality architecture and design methodologies knowledge_
