BlackboxMyCar is currently looking for hardworking and dynamic individuals to help out this holiday season in the **Picker and Packer **role. We are looking for both full time (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm) and/or part time (at least 3 days a week, 9am to 5pm) applicants.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

As a **Picker Packer in our Office Support department**, you will be responsible for ensuring inbound and outbound orders are processed seamlessly and shipped out on time. Your day will be a mixture of being on your feet, working in our warehouse, and working at a desk. Most importantly, you will be part of a team of passionate individuals, reporting to the Sales Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Process, pick, and pack customer orders accurately
- Prepare shipment documents manually or by computer as required
- Inspect, verify, unpack, sort, and keep records on outgoing and incoming shipments
- Receive damaged or defective goods authorized for return to establishment
- Accountable for inventory movements and performing inventory counts
- Monitors and investigates variances in inventory
- Process all required paperwork and maintain adequate records for reporting and tracking
- Properly secures all assets and physical inventory and follows all loss prevention and key control procedures
- Data entry (tracking number, serial numbers, etc.)
- Testing units for warranty purposes
- Splicing cables together with solder
- Other duties as required

**You could be a great fit if you**:

- Have at least a High School diploma
- Have basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Are able to lift 30 lbs. (if and when required)
- Are detail-oriented and organized
- Are great at prioritizing and thrive in every-changing environments
- Work autonomously while embracing opportunities to step up and help the team, even if it is outside your job description
- Have a humility to understand and embrace different perspectives
- Aren’t afraid to ask questions and seek clarification (there is no dumb question)

**Bonus points if you have**:

- Previous work experience in a shipping and receiving role
