**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Accurately pack products according to specifications and ensure proper labeling for shipping.
- Assist in the shipping and receiving processes, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Perform order picking tasks to fulfill customer orders accurately.
- Maintain an organized work area by keeping packing materials stocked and disposing of waste properly.
- Conduct quality checks on packed items to ensure they meet company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while adhering to safety protocols.
- Engage in heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring proper lifting techniques are used.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is a plus.
- Experience with order picking and packing is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the shift.
- A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality is essential.
