As a Real Estate Inside Sales Representative specializing in lead generation and follow-up, you will play a crucial role in our team's success by proactively reaching out to potential leads, nurturing relationships, and ensuring efficient follow-up.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound calls to leads generated through various channels, such as online inquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Engage with potential clients in a professional and persuasive manner, providing information about available properties, answering questions, and scheduling appointments for our agents.
- Follow up on all leads promptly and persistently, ensuring effective communication throughout the entire lead conversion process.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads, update client information, and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
- Collaborate closely with our team members to ensure seamless coordination and provide timely updates on lead progress.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, new listings, and real estate industry developments to effectively address client inquiries and provide valuable insights.
- Assist in organizing and attending open houses, property showings, and client meetings as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry, is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a confident and professional phone demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant real estate tools and technology.
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with local real estate market dynamics and trends is a plus.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or coursework in real estate is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $16.55-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

**Experience**:

- Real Estate: 1 year (preferred)
- Cold calling: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
