**What You’ll Do**:
**Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of skilled technicians and sales professionals to achieve performance goals and uphold Tirecraft's commitment to customer satisfaction.**

**Sales and Customer Service: Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies, maintaining excellent customer service standards, and building lasting relationships with clients.**

**Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company policies and procedures.**

**Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, order, and replenish stock as needed, and ensure accurate tracking of products.**

**Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets, control expenses, and contribute to the overall financial success of the store.**

**Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions, campaigns, and events that drive traffic and increase brand awareness.**

**Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe and clean working environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.**

**What You’ll Bring**:
**Minimum of 4 years of experience in automotive services and/or shop management.**

**Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing team.**

**Strong leadership and communication skills.**

**Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.**

**Knowledge of automotive services and products, particularly tires.**

**Familiarity with inventory management systems.**

**Financial acumen and budget management experience.**
