**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- efficiently greet, seat, take orders, input order, delivery food, and finalize customer experience
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies; assist with ordering as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system; process payments efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
- Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service standards.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in bartending or food service is mandatory; we value a willingness to learn.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus; training will be provided for those unfamiliar.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service is beneficial.
- Ability to thrive in a busy restaurant or bar environment while maintaining professionalism.
