**Job Title**: Marketing Coordinator
**Location**: Merivale Office

**Job Type**: Full-time Hourly
**Compensation**: $20-25/hr

**Position Overview**:
As the Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in executing day-to-day marketing activities with a strong focus on content creation for social media, coordinating radio ads, and managing print advertising. In addition to your marketing responsibilities, you will also support customer service functions by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with general inquiries. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s passionate about marketing, comfortable working across multiple channels, and looking to grow their skills in a hands-on role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, schedule, and manage social media posts across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
- Coordinate the setup and scheduling of radio advertisements with local stations
- Assist with the design and production of print materials such as flyers, brochures, and signage
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
- Maintain marketing calendars and assist with planning campaign timelines
- Work closely with internal teams to gather content and ensure timely messaging
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with general inquiries or direct them to the appropriate contact
- Provide general marketing and customer support as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role is an asset
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation
- Experience with or interest in coordinating radio and print advertising
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
- Familiarity with Canva or other basic design tools is a plus
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented
