**YOU MUST HAVE SOME COMMERCIAL CLEANING EXPERIENCE.**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Execute operational plans effectively by meeting client needs, exceeding expectations, and building a strong network of subcontractors to represent and build the Alpine Brand.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to guarantee compliance with requirements such as security clearances, GST, Business Licensing, WCB, Liability Insurance etc.
- Establish strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Lead and mentor janitorial network of subcontract teams to achieve superior performance and foster collective growth.
- Leverage knowledge to ensure proper maintenance and scheduling of care of a wide variety of equipment, including: burnishers, auto scrubbers, and other standardized cleaning equipment.
- Empower teams with hands-on training, support, and mentorship. This includes spot cleaning as required and leading by example to demonstrate best practice and efficiency (Hands on).
- Navigate challenges proactively, resolving issues before they escalate.
- Control budgets and ensure subcontractor hours are in line with subcontractor budgets provided by Alpine.
- Elevate workplace standards by maintaining equipment, ensuring safety compliance, and always exceeding expectation.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Ability to manage retail janitorial contracts with 3+ years of supervisory experience, ensuring success in budgets, client relations, and operations.
- Leadership skill that inspires teams, foster collaboration, and drive operational excellence.
- Proficiency in resolving challenges quickly and effectively, thriving in a fast-paced environment. Live in the chaos.
- In-depth knowledge of janitorial equipment, including hands on expertise with burnishers and auto scrubbers,
- Negotiation and communication excellence, building strong relationships and providing effective and timely feedback,
- Enthusiasm for achieving higher standards and supporting a culture of excellence.
