As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated Shipping and Receiving Specialist to become an integral part of our team.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Shipping and Receiving Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the shipping and receiving process to ensure the timely and accurate movement of goods. Your main responsibilities will include:
Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.

Verifying shipping documents, such as invoices and purchase orders, to ensure order correctness.

Preparing outgoing shipments, including proper packaging, labeling, and documentation.

Coordinating with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries, ensuring efficient transportation.

Tracking and recording inventory levels to maintain an up-to-date stock database.

Conducting regular inventory counts and reconciling any discrepancies.

Maintaining a clean and organized area to optimize space utilization and ease of access.

Collaborating with other departments, such as account management, accounting, IT, and Project Management, to facilitate smooth operations.

Communicating regularly with clients and partners to ensure RMA product is handled promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in logistics or related field preferred).
- Proven experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics operations.
- Familiarity with shipping software and inventory management systems (e.g., UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and inventory management.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- We highly desire someone with experience with international shipments but willing to train.
