**Impactica** is a dynamic, fast-paced print shop specializing in **offset**, **digital**, and **large format printing**. We take pride in delivering high-quality printed materials with precision and care. As our business grows, we are looking to add a **Full-Time Print Finisher** to our busy south side location.

**About the Role**

As a Print Finisher, you will play a key role in our production team. You’ll be responsible for preparing materials for printing and expertly finishing printed products to meet customer specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Finishing printed materials, including:

- Trimming jobs using a guillotine cutter
- Folding, die-cutting, booklet-making, UV coating, laminating.
- Assembling and finishing large format products (banners, stands, signage).
- Hand-finishing work and detailed assembly as needed.
- Preparing supplies and materials for print production.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Mandatory**: Experience operating a **guillotine cutter (Polar).**:

- **Mandatory**: Previous experience working in a **print shop environment**:

- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
- Willingness to learn new equipment — _training provided for other machines._
- Good communication and teamwork skills
