**Office Manager (Surrey, B.C.)**
Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, the Office Manager’s duties and responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- Oversee order desk staff on processing of all administrative duties
- Assisting sales team with their requests (Entering orders, modifying orders, sending quotes etc.)
- Schedule office staff (Requests for time off & weekly schedules)
- Create and distribute Holiday shipping schedules
- Keep route sheets updated (Freight, up-island etc.)
- Continue to maintain a schedule for scanning and filing of all paperwork. Store and rotate AP/ AR/Trucking paperwork (Access records offsite storage) and the schedule shredding of outdated files

- Routing up-island and freight orders for next day shipping
- Escalation of customer service, dealing with disgruntled customers, hard to understand customers and inquiries other order desk can’t answer
- Pro pass back up - issue and track employee’s with pro passes and handle related billing
- To work with the Sales Manager to create new sales and marketing material on an ongoing basis and help with the distribution of all sales related material to all the Reps.
- Assist sales team with their requests (Entering orders, modifying orders, sending quotes etc.)
- Be involved in the hiring and training for all new office staff
- Follow all company policies and codes of conducts out lined by Premium Brands
- Stock and order of office supplies as required
**Qualifications**
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Proven working experience as accounts receivable clerk
- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
