Group Home Worker

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? We are currently hiring **Support Workers** for our group home located in **Tiny, Ontario**, supporting children and adults with multiple diagnoses. This is a **full-time, permanent** position with **immediate start availability**.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Provide **1:1 support** to individuals in a group home setting
- Assist with daily living activities, outings, hygiene, and meal preparation
- Follow individualized **Behaviour Support Plans**:

- Drive clients to appointments and activities in the community (company vehicle use will be required)
- Work both independently and as part of a team to ensure a safe, supportive, and structured environment
- This position requires you to operate our vehicle to transport our clients for appointments, outings ect. This requires that you have a valid G license and not qualify as a young driver (under 25)

**Schedule**:

- 12-hour continental shifts**:9:00 AM-9:00 PM** or **9:00 PM-9:00 AM**:

- Includes weekends and holidays as scheduled

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Must have **reliable transportation** - location is **not transit accessible**:

- A valid **G Class Driver’s License** is required
- Ability to work in a **physical and active role**:

- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, dual diagnoses, or behavioral challenges is preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in a variety of locations during the **3-week training period** (Springwater, Penetanguishene, Muskoka)

Pay: $20.50-$23.50 per hour
