Holman is currently looking for a **Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment)** in our **Mississauga** location. This role is currently performed in a **hybrid** environment. Our office is located in the heart of Mississauga, next to easy accessible public transportation including Go Station, close to shopping, restaurants and beautiful parks.
The Human Resources Specialist will serve as an internal partner who supports/facilitates HR function and talent acquisition requirements for both ARI & ATG Canada Operations. HR Specialist will undertake special project, focus on HRIS analytics, reporting and support.
**What will you do?**
- Manage the full cycle recruiting responsibilities from creating job postings to hiring employees for all Holman operations in Canada
- Manage and represent the company at job fairs and other off-site recruiting events
- Manage the overall onboarding/orientation process to provide a positive experience for new employees
- Manage the overall Intern program creating necessary relationships with key schools resulting in both a successful Internship experience and a pipeline for permanent hires
- Partner with the Global Talent Acquisition team to ensure alignment with best practices and overall organizational goals
- HRIS - accurate and timely input and maintenance of information in various HRIS Systems
- Partner with HR Technology & Analytics team to create reports, conduct analysis and provide recommendations on trends
- Ensures compliance with internal and external audits; maintain tracking of necessary documentation for personnel files
- Partner with Learning & Talent Development team to deliver local training, compliance programs and employee support
- Partner with Healthier at Holman to execute on wellness initiatives
- Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources Department
**What are we looking for?**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 1 to 3 years of relevant HR experience
- Working towards a professional designation in Human Resources is preferred
