Are you a sales leader with a strong background in industrial or packaged gas sales?
Our client — a globally recognized Fortune 500 company — is expanding its operations in Western Canada and seeking a Regional Sales Leader to oversee its Packaged Gas Division in Alberta.

This is a high-impact role with full P&L responsibility, managing sales across a defined territory and 7 branch locations, while leading a high-performing team and driving growth across the region.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of outside sales representatives across Alberta
- Manage and grow sales performance across 7 branch locations within the region
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to expand market share in the packaged gas space
- Own the full P&L for the territory, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industrial, fabrication, and commercial customers
- Identify new business opportunities, negotiate major deals, and support your team in closing sales
- Collaborate closely with operations, distribution, and marketing teams to ensure service excellence

What We’re Looking For
- 5-10 years of B2B sales experience in industrial gases, welding supplies, chemical distribution, or related industries
- Proven leadership experience managing both a sales team and multiple locations/territories
- Experience with P&L accountability and regional/territory sales planning
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout Alberta

Pay: $110,000.00-$125,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- selling industrial or packaged gases: 4 years (required)
- Sales Leadership : 2 years (preferred)
