**What you will do**:

- Provide weather reports to client service parties, ensuring clients’ internal representatives are equipped to communicate with their clients.
- Address priority items, coordinate and communicate task distribution to flight coordinator on shift.
- Lead daily team huddles and ensure each post in the Flight Coordination Center is aware of the opposite part’s work scope.
- Be the expert in all posts within the Flight Coordination Center. Resolve any issue that cannot be resolved by any Flight Coordinators.
- Process maintenance update on flight tracking program (Avianis).
- Act as the main point of contact for management and other company personnel.
- Perform Flight Coordinator duties, managing day of operations, flight following and Trip Planning
- Provide coaching and mentoring to Flight Coordinators.
- Conduct case study/postmortem review, leading the team to learn from setbacks.

**What you bring**:

- Completion of post-secondary education - aviation program will be considered an asset.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Flight Coordination or Dispatch environment or a combination of 5 years of experience in Aviation. The experience can be a combination of pilot, maintenance, and client service with at least 1 year in Flight Coordination or Dispatch environment.
- Experience in Business Aviation Flight Coordination / Dispatch environment will be considered an asset.
- Ability to concentrate and maintain detail orientation and accuracy in a fast-paced, shared office environment.
- Proactive team player who takes initiative, applies logical thinking, and finds resolution for day-to-day challenges.
- High interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and coach employees - prior leadership experience will be considered an asset.
