Human Resources Administrator

**Summary**
**Objectives**
- Provide input to ensure that teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals
- Ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants
- Under the direction of the payroll department, support the department by contributing to meeting deadlines compliance
**Responsibilities**
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
- Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
- Maintain and update payroll records including but not limited to: transfers, leave of absences, identifying and reconciling discrepancies, benefits eligibility
- Reconcile payroll and benefits accounts and prepare remittances
- Complete weekly, and monthly reporting as requested by Senior Leadership Team and other management team members
- Respond to employee and management inquiries by researching and resolving payroll related issues with a focus on excellent and professional customer service
**Required skills and qualifications**
- Two or three years of experience in a talent acquisition or payroll department
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
- Knowledge of payroll and benefits regulations, legislation
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
**Preferred skills and qualifications**
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
- Professional credential, such as HR Certification and or Payroll Certification
