**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:

- Analyze project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work and materials required for construction projects
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes
- Utilize construction estimating software such as Accubid and Bluebeam to create comprehensive estimates
- Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and gather relevant data
- Review and evaluate subcontractor bids and proposals
- Prepare bid packages and submit proposals to clients
- Attend pre-bid meetings and participate in negotiations with clients

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**:

- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in construction estimating
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
- Proficiency in using construction estimating software such as Accubid and Bluebeam
- Ability to read and interpret project plans, specifications, and contract documents
- Excellent mathematical skills for accurate quantity takeoffs and cost calculations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors
- Experience in project management is a plus

As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the success of our construction projects. You will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs involved in various construction projects. Your expertise in construction estimating software such as Accubid and Bluebeam will be essential in creating comprehensive estimates. Your ability to analyze project plans, negotiate with subcontractors, and collaborate with project teams will contribute to the overall success of our projects.
