**About the Role**

As the **Marketing & Operations Assistant**, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Tidal & Co. This is a dynamic position with a mix of administrative, marketing, and creative tasks. While the following is a general list of responsibilities, please note that this is not exhaustive, and additional tasks may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry & Organization**: Maintaining cloud-based files and systems.
- **Marketing Support**:

- Uploading videos, audio files, PDFs, and other materials to SaaS platforms like Kajabi.
- Scheduling social media content.
- **Light Design**: Creating slide decks, workbooks, and other materials using Canva.
- **Light Web Support**: Making minor updates or edits on platforms like Showit, Squarespace, or WordPress.
- **Tech Management**: Connecting APIs, troubleshooting platforms, and exploring new tools as needed.
- **General Administration**: Miscellaneous tasks to support business operations.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to quickly switch between projects and tasks.
- Previous experience in marketing, design, project management, or administrative assistance is an asset.
- Comfortable and competent working on a computer for long periods.

**Mindset & Personality**:

- A proactive self-starter who enjoys learning new things.
- Honest, reliable, and communicates well.
- Organized with an eye for detail.

**Education**:

- College or university education preferred.

**The Details**
- **Hours**: Part-time, 18 hours per week. Core hours are 10 AM - 4 PM, Tuesday-Thursday.
- **Location**:

- Mostly remote, with occasional local travel for training or meetings at coworking spaces or cafes.
- Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace, high-speed internet, and a newer computer (Mac preferred).
- **Compensation**: $18-20/hour depending on experience
