**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform a variety of manual labour tasks including lifting, digging, and transporting materials.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Assist in the assembly, installation, or repair of structures and equipment as directed.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to the job.

**Requirements**:

- Drivers License
- Previous experience in construction, renovation, or a similar field is mandatory.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
