**We are hiring for a Associate Digital Workspace Analyst in our Digital Workspace team**

**Posting Closes: February 6th, 2026**

Every dollar we earn is reinvested into the things that matter most: our members, our employees, and our communities. Whether it’s through profit sharing, competitive rates, or local initiatives that make a real impact, we’re here to help Albertans feel good about their money.

We’re looking for passionate, values-driven people to join our team. We welcome individuals from all backgrounds who are aligned with our values and are eager to contribute in meaningful ways. If you're excited to grow your career with a team that’s innovative, hardworking, collaborative and deeply rooted in community, we want to meet you.

**Join Servus and discover a better way to work.**

The role requires a solid understanding of Servus Credit Union’s desktop, laptop, printer, and virtualization environments, as well as familiarity with both banking and non‑banking systems.

- Troubleshoot and support authorized software across end‑user and shared environments.
- Escalate issues when needed and maintain clear communication with customers to ensure strong service and satisfaction.
- Minimize service interruptions, understand change impacts, and provide basic user training when appropriate.
- Stay current on Servus Credit Union infrastructure, tools, and technology changes; share knowledge with the team.
- Contribute to inventory management, team meetings, and general system support tasks.
- Restore device functionality, resolve assigned incidents and requests within SLAs, and document all actions taken.
- Seek assistance for tasks beyond current skill level and support escalations from the Service Desk.
- Participate in major incident response when required.

**What you bring**:

- Supported Microsoft Windows 11 and Office 365.
- Performed general mathematical calculations for the purpose of creating needs assessments, budgets, and so on, including a moderate understanding of basic accounting.
- Experience with one or more Incident Management tools in previous work.
- Experience demonstrating a basic to medium level of knowledge of the following technologies: desktop imaging, desktop hardware, printer hardware & configurations, Microsoft Windows.
- At least 2 to 5 years' experience working with Information Technology.
- Financial sector experience (preferably in banking) is considered an asset.
- 2 to 5 years of Information Systems experience or equivalent education.
- Other certifications like A+, Network +, MCSA, MCITP, MCP or knowledge of required technologies, such as Microsoft Intune or SCCM are desirable.

**Additional Information**: Ability to work regular work week Monday through Friday with flexibility to provide after-hours support and scheduled after hour maintenance. Must be available to travel primarily within the city but also to rural branches when required. Must have own vehicle and valid driver's license. Ability to lift to 40 Lbs.

The business may from time to time ask for branch and/or department support for special projects and/or areas experiencing staff shortages. All employees may be asked to volunteer to assist in areas of need during these times. These assignments could result in a change of hours, location, and/or travel.
