**The Position**: BDS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives. The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across our group of companies. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage digital and traditional marketing, oversee website and SEO management, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Overall Marketing Strategy**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the business goals of each company within the group.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts are consistent across brands.
- **Website and SEO Management**:

- Oversee the management of websites for all companies, ensuring they are up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
- Implement SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and organic traffic.
- Monitor website traffic and performance metrics.
- **Digital Advertising**:

- Manage Google Ads for all companies, ensuring daily updates for optimization and maximum ROI.
- Oversee social media advertising (when needed) on Facebook, Instagram,TikTok and LinkedIn
- **Trade Shows and Events**:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute participation in trade shows and hiring fairs for all companies.
- Organize sponsorship events, including decoration and procurement of necessary supplies (e.g., golf tournaments, parades, etc.)
- **Social Media Management**:

- Oversee the creation and execution of social media strategies for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok (platform-dependent on the company).
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- **Traditional Marketing**:

- Create traditional marketing materials, including ads, signage, brochures, etc.
- Track the success of traditional marketing campaigns.
- **Data Analysis**:

- Utilize data analytics tools (e.g., Loomly, Google Analytics) to assess the performance of marketing campaigns and channels.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing strategies.
- Create and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for leadership highlighting areas for improvement and success.

Perform miscellaneous duties as required to support company objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and data analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools.

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
