**About the role**:
We’re looking for a hands-on creator who can plan, shoot, and edit social content that actually grows our brands. You’ll lead content for our mortgage and real estate accounts, follow trends with purpose, bring fresh ideas every week, and help our agents show up confidently on camera. You’ll also assist with light admin and customer service tasks. Training is provided for the admin side.What you’ll doContent & growthPlan a simple content calendar for TikTok, Instagram Reels, FaceBook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn etc.Shoot vertical video and photos in-office and on location with agents and leadershipEdit short-form videos quickly with captions, hooks, and strong CTAsJump on timely trends and adapt them to mortgage and real estate topicsWrite clear scripts, hooks, captions, and post copy in excellent EnglishPublish, engage, and reply to DMs and comments in a brand-safe wayTrack basic analytics and report what is working and what to changeOrganize assets, maintain brand folders, and keep projects moving

**Agent enablement**

Run simple workshops for agents on “How to do social the right way” etc.Help agents film quick property clips, market explainers, and client tipsCreate easy templates in Canva they can reuse

**What you’ll need**

Excellent verbal and written English. This is a must.Proven experience creating short-form video content (portfolio or links required)Strong shooting skills with a phone or mirrorless camera, plus basic lighting and audioFast editing in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut. Canva for quick graphics.Comfort being on camera and directing others to be on cameraSolid understanding of trends, hooks, and what drives watch timeOrganized, reliable, and able to manage multiple shoots and deadlinesClass G driver’s licence and ability to travel locally for shoots (preferred)

**Nice to have**

Strong knowledge of paid social ads and boosting postsReal estate or mortgage experience (preferred)Lightroom/Photoshop, After Effects motion graphicsExperience hosting small trainings or lunch-and-learns

**Work setup**

Full-time. On-site in Vaughan, ON.Standard business hours with occasional evenings or weekends for key shoots or events.

**Compensation**

Competitive salary based on experience, plus growth opportunities.Benefits available after probation (details at interview).
