Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking a results-oriented **Serivce** **Lot Attendant **for **Cam Clark Ford Richmond.**

In the unionized position of **Lot Attendant **reporting to the **Service Manager**, you will be responsible for parking vehicles in assigned areas, checking them for damage, and listing and storing keys.

**You will be accountable for**:

- Meeting transport companies dropping off vehicle and picking up vehicles.
- Making sure all paperwork is in order from the transportation company.
- Inspect and report any vehicular damages.
- Stocking in vehicles.
- Informing supervisor of issues as they arise.
- Drive, rearrange and move vehicles on lot.
- Deliver vehicles to appropriate departments after sales, trade-ins, arrival, etc.
- Ensure vehicles are clean and presentable.
- Maintain lot security.
- Ensuring lot is organized, clean, and free from trash, litter and debris.
- Report any problems or crimes within the lot.
- Verify vehicle serial numbers for invoices.
- Complying with all company policies and procedures.
- Other duties, relevant to the position, shall be assigned as required.

**To be successful in this role, you must have**:

- High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in a similar role
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record
- Ability to drive automatic and standard vehicles.
- Must be dependable, reliable, possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Outstanding Organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
