**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Organize and maintain the cleanliness of the dealership lot, ensuring vehicles are properly parked and displayed.
- Assist customers with locating their vehicles and provide information about available inventory.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections, including checking fluid levels and tire pressure.
- Manage the flow of vehicles in and out of the lot, ensuring efficient operations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately when required, maintaining accountability for cash handling.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experiences and address any customer inquiries or concerns.
- Communicate effectively with customers and staff to ensure a positive atmosphere in the dealership.

**Skills**
- Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse customer base.
- Strong cash handling abilities to manage transactions efficiently.
- Proven experience in guest services or customer service roles, preferably within a dealership or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- A commitment to providing high-quality service and maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
