We are now looking for a passionate, driven and excited marketing and sales professional to bring onto our growing team As a **Marketing Representative**, you will be at the forefront of promoting our clients' brands through captivating service/product demos, connecting with potential customers on a personal level, and providing invaluable support to our marketing and sales teams.

**The Full-Time Marketing Representatives will**:

- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create and execute successful campaigns, and monitor their effectiveness
- Engage in meaningful conversations with consumers, actively listen to their concerns and needs, and provide them with all the necessary information to make informed decisions about products or services
- Attend marketing meetings and presentations to potential clients, communicate product value, and proactively address concerns and questions
- Take a proactive approach to identifying new leads and customers, and continuously seek out opportunities to increase campaign revenue through innovative thinking
- Exceed customer expectations to create brand advocates and encourage repeat business
- Comply with company policies and regulations, including data protection and advertising standards
- Provide regular reports and insights to management to keep them informed about sales figures, customer feedback, and other important metrics

**The Full-Time Marketing Representative Requirements**:

- Must be available full-time and able to work for 40 hours a week
- Preferably hold a degree or diploma in Marketing/Business
- Up to 3 years of experience in promotional marketing, sales, or related fields would be an asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills with clear and effective communication (both verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills to meet tight deadlines
- Self-starter with the ability to identify projects and solutions
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities

Pay: $3,250.00-$4,050.00 per month

- Vancouver, BC V5M 4V8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
