IT Blueprint Solutions is a fast-growing Vancouver based company that provides expertise in IT solutions comprised of cloud services, best in class hardware, software, security and data protection. We are currently looking for a full-time Marketing Representative to join our team.

The purpose of the Marketing Representative position is to support the ongoing initiatives and daily functions of the Marketing Department that include, but are not limited to marketing materials, communications, events, maintenance of web site SEO, vendor campaigns and MDF management as well as other related administrative tasks.

**Responsibilities**
- Developing and executing marketing plans to promote the organization's technology products and services.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify target markets, buyer personas, and market trends that will guide marketing efforts.
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials and training to support the sales process.
- Developing and managing marketing campaigns for new product launches, including messaging, positioning, and creative assets such as landing pages and product videos.
- Coordinating and executing events, such as webinars, trade shows, and conferences, to promote the organization's products and services.
- Managing the company website, including content creation and updates, blogs, optimization for search engines, and tracking website analytics.
- Utilize the company’s social media outlets on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Creating and managing customer engagement campaigns, such as newsletters, customer surveys, and referral programs.
- Tracking and analyzing marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and using the data to optimize future campaigns.
- Staying up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the industry and sharing this information with the team to help guide marketing efforts.
- Perform administrative marketing tasks that include documenting campaigns, drafting communications, designing marketing materials, and establishing and maintaining training programs that cover service offerings.
- Aid management in the analyzing and reporting on the return on investment of marketing campaigns.

**Knowledge / Skills / Abilities**
- Understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Technical marketing skills.
- Experience in customer and market research.
- Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Skill in preparing written communications and materials.
- People skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer care.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
- Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate data entry.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.

**Education & Experience**
- BA/BS, preferably in marketing or a related field.
- 3+ years of sales experience in a technology related field.
