**_The Role: _**
**_The Responsibilities: _**
- Responsible for entering orders, handling returns and warranty items, and conducting stock checks; processes payment for sold items
- Responsible for follow-ups and timely completion of quotations, open-orders and backorders
- Relays order status to customers or the status of credits and warranty claims
- Responds to customer inquiries on installation, troubleshooting, appropriate adjacent equipment, etc.; works with product manufacturers to provide customers with an answer or solution
- Maintains the CRM database, customer order records, and associated documentation
- Greets visitors in a polite, welcoming manner and directs them as needed
- Responsible for supporting the customer service members and assisting the shipping and receiving department
**_The Skills and Qualifications: _**
- 1 year of demonstrated customer service experience in a similar role
- Previous experience with CRM considered an asset
- Proactive, resourceful, and enthusiastic team focused attitude
- Tactful communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to effectively manage time, priorities, and customer workload in a fast paced environment

Founded in 1989, Near North Supply Inc. has become one of the premier independent wholesale specialty distributors in Central and Northern Ontario, in the plumbing, wastewater, groundwater, water conditioning and hydronic heating industries.
