- COE2: Must possess and maintain a Red Seal Certification in Painting.
- COE3: Must possess and maintain a valid, non-graduated, and unrestricted provincial or territorial Class 5 driver's license.
- COE4: Current and acceptable driver’s abstract
- COE5: Eligibility and willingness to obtain and maintain a Departmental driver’s license (DND 404).
- COE6: Strict adherence to the Department of National Defence and Canadian Forces Code of Values and Ethics, Values and Ethics Code for the Public Sector,
- Directive on Conflict of Interest, and Defence Administrative Orders and Directives (DAOD) 7021-1, Conflict of Interest.
