**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients.
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health status.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients, ensuring hygiene standards are met.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks as needed to promote a comfortable home setting.
- Support clients with dementia care by engaging them in meaningful activities and providing reassurance.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care is delivered effectively.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in senior care, home care, or assisted living environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with hospice care practices is a plus.
- Strong understanding of patient care principles, including medication administration and meal preparation.
- Compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and their families.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week

- Secondary School (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
