**Alliance Intrapak** is a packaging service provider to the food and beverage industry located in Pointe-Claire, Quebec.

We are seeking an immediate self-starter to provide a high level of customer service to our existing customer accounts, maintain and update our ERP system, and support our Operations team with the creation of item cards, production and sales orders done through Microsoft Navision. To be considered for this role you must be fluently bilingual (French/English), proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Microsoft Navision would be an asset.

This is a fulltime salaried employment position working Monday to Friday, within the Sales and Production Department.

**Key Role Responsibilities & Activities**:

- Maintain and update ERP system
- Handle inside sales calls from existing and new accounts
- Providing a high level of customer service to all existing and new customers
- Supporting Client needs, Customer Service Representative duties.
- Basic data entry as required
- Client project assistance ; liaison between logistics and production departments to meet clients' needs.

**Required Experience**:

- Bilingual (French/English)
- 1-2 years of Inside Sales / Customer Service Experience
- Microsoft Office Experience (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Navison software
- Computer knowledge and comfortable on the phone
