Burlington, Canada Royal LePage Peifer Realty - Real Estate Team Full time

Nationally ranked Real Estate Team looking to expand thier Marketing Department with an internal team member that can bring minimum 5 years experience of Dsign for digital and print platforms, Social media campagns, Video editing, Tracking and Reporting.

**Your Responsibilities would include**:

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Manage Company Digital/Social Leads & Lead Generation Program, including tracking.
- Produce and post valuable and engaging content for social media, website and blog that attracts and converts potential buyers and sellers.
- Coordinate and approve marketing materials from website banners to hard copy brochures, feature sheets and case studies.
- Coordinate & distribute Company video productions including scripting.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insight
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
- Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Manage and Oversee Company Website
- Oversee and coordinate Company events.
- Prepare sales presentations.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- 3-5 years experience in a similar marketing role.
- A solid understanding of marketing elements including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO, Instagram and FB Advertising, Google Analytics.
- Software skills including MS Office (G-Suite), Eventbrite, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite for design tasks, Company's CRM and Website Updates (Training to be provided).
- Exceptional communication (verbal/written) and an acute attention to detail.
- BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent.

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
