We are currently seeking **Monitoring Operators (Full-Time Biligual)** to help us deliver quality service to our clients, North America wide. Reporting directly to the company’s Monitoring Manager, this role is critical to the success and reputation of our company as we rapidly grow in the marketplace.

**What we are looking for in a team member**:

- Individuals who have a high attention to detail, and are experienced with using a computer.
- Experience in contacting emergency services, such as police, ambulance, and fire is preferred, but not necessary.
- A post-secondary education or equivalent experience, in any field.
- Flexibility in the days you are available, with availability to work day, night, and weekend shifts. We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including holidays.
- Availability to work 7 shifts (84 hours) in a 2-week period.
- The ability to work 12 hour shifts, while seated at a desk.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in English is necessary.
- Quality references that will vouch for your work, attitude, and attendance.
