**Who are we searching for?**
- **We are looking for an Operational Excellence Lead to join our busy and growing Future Transfer team**_

**Responsibilities**:

- Will spearhead the digital transformation of our shop floor operations and contribute significantly to the ERP system implementation and launch
- Lead the ongoing support, updating and optimization of digital tools to ensure their effectiveness and alignment with operational needs
- Create and manage content for digital tools, ensuring clarity, accuracy and effectiveness
- Lead training and training initiatives for new digital tools and ERP systems and strategically manage their implementation across the organization
- Act as a key advocate and resource for Quality and Continuous Improvement departments, driving initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and quality
- Regularly gather and integrate feedback to continually refine and enhance the functionality and user experience of digital tools
- Collaborate with various departments as a leader, ensuring digital tools and ERP integration support and improve overall operational goals

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience required in operational process improvement and digital tool implementation
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, training and collaborative abilities
- Familiarity with ERP systems and a drive for operational excellence
- Strong problem solving and time management skills
- Strong ability to influence and lead associates and leadership staff
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

**Working Conditions**
- May be long periods of sitting or standing
- Will be required to work both in an office setting as well as out on the manufacturing facility floor
- Travel will be required between Ontario Future Transfer sites; minimum travel will be required to Future Transfer sites outside of Ontario

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
