- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Dispatch appropriate personnel or resources based on customer needs
- Monitor and track the status of service calls and update customers accordingly
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions
- Coordinate with field technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues

Qualifications:

- 2/3 Yrs experience in trucking is required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Previous experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role is preferred, but not required
