Are you passionate about powersports and the thrill of outdoor adventure? Rally Motorsports is seeking a driven and customer-focused Powersports Salesperson to join our team If you have experience with Polaris, Arctic Cat, Suzuki offroad vehicles (ATVs, Side by Sides, snowmobiles), or Lund Boats, you’ll be ahead of the curve—but we’re excited to hear from anyone who shares our enthusiasm for powersports.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in selecting the right unit to meet their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Provide expert advice on ATVs, side by sides, snowmobiles, and boats, ensuring customers understand the features and benefits of each product.
- Use your strong sales skills to overcome customer objections and close deals.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, including new and upcoming models, accessories, and promotions.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and positive referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet sales targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in the powersports or automotive industry.
- Experience with Polaris, Arctic Cat, Suzuki offroad vehicles, or Lund Boats is a strong asset, but not required.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- High level of initiative and self-motivation.
- Willingness to learn about new products and stay current with industry trends.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
