We're looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team and help deliver exceptional service to our valued customers. What You'll Do:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner
  • Guide clients through the vehicle purchase process from start to finish
  • Understand and match customers with the right vehicle based on their needs and budget
  • Follow up with potential and existing customers to build long-term relationships
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals in a commission-based environment
  • Stay informed on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous sales experience (automotive sales is an asset, but not required)
  • Comfortable with a commission-based pay structure
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – you're a true people person
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record
